★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Najneserioznejsi servis aky som kedy zazil. Podana oficialna staznost na oddelenie v Skode ( starostlivost o zakaznika) Auto mi "opravuju 7 tyzdnov" a stale nie je hotove.
 The most unreliable service I have ever experienced. Filed an official complaint to the department in Skoda (customer care) Auto "repair me 7 weeks" and is still not done.

On arrival empty showroom, empty counters for reception. After about 15 minutes I left.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Přijel jsem odpoledne po telefonické domluvě dopoledne. Personál byl ochotný, za 20 minut jsem odjížděl s autem pryč. Nemám co vytknout.
I arrived in the afternoon after a phone call in the morning. The staff was helpful, in 20 minutes I drove away with the car. I have nothing to reproach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vždy jsem měl auto značky Škoda a vždy jsme chodil do servisu sem. Příjemná obsluha, vždy servis bez problémů. Když nestihnu vyzvednout auto ze servisu, bez problémů mi ho nechají do druhého dne.
I have always had a Škoda car and we always went to service here. Pleasant service, always service without problems. If I can't pick up the car from the service, they'll leave it to me the next day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Podle informací, které jsem dnes dostal, BEN CAR skončil. Firma je v insolvenci a na adrese původního servisu začala fungovat jiná firma. Škoda, jezdil jsem tam rád.
According to the information I received today, BEN CAR is over. The company is insolvent and another company has started operating at the original service address. Too bad I liked going there.
