F	František Koláček on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ U eshopu ALUKOLA.CZ jsem si před rokem a půl koupil sadu disků a pneu. Po pár stovkách kilometrů se objevili vibrace v řízení. Navštívil jsem tedy cestou nějaký pneuservis a tam mi kola znovu vyvážili. Po nějakém čase opět to samé. Když už to bylo potřetí, všiml jsem si, že některé závaží na kolech chybí. Začal jsem si tedy kola po vyvážení fotit a zjistil, že závaží na diskách moc nedrží a některé tedy po čase upadnou. Jednou jsem dokonce musel jet 150km pouze 80km/h protože vibrace byli takové, že by to poškodilo podvozkové části. Po několika pokusech o vyvážení v různých pneuservisech a různými závažími jsem se tedy rozhodl sadu kol reklamovat u ALUKOLA.CZ ale tam mi sdělili, že s tím nic nemohou dělat a kola pošlou na posouzení k výrobci do Německa ale pokud výrobce reklamaci neuzná, zaplatím poplatek za dopravu- který může být vyšší, než cena kompletu kol !!! Nakonec jsem prodal kola známému, který jezdí převážně po stavbě a pořídil jinou sadu. Doporučuji si hodně rozmyslet kde koupit a jaké má eshop zázemí a reklamační politiku! Chtěl jsem ušetřit a za tuto zkušenost jsem cca o 10 000,- chudší. Jednu hvězdu dávám chlapům v servisu, ty měli alespoň snahu věc řešit. A year and a half ago, I bought a set of discs and tires at the ALUKOLA.CZ e-shop. After a few hundred kilometers, vibrations appeared in the steering. So I visited a tire service on the way and they balanced my bikes again. After a while, the same thing again. When it was the third time, I noticed that some weights were missing from the wheels. So I started taking pictures of the bikes after balancing and found that the weights on the discs didn't hold much and some of them would fall over time. Once I even had to drive 150km only 80km / h because the vibrations were such that it would damage the chassis parts. After several attempts to balance in various tire services and different weights, I decided to complain about a set of wheels at ALUKOLA.CZ, but they told me there that they could not do anything and send the wheels to Germany for assessment, but if the manufacturer does not accept the complaint, I will pay a fee. for transport - which may be higher than the price of the set of bicycles !!! In the end, I sold the bikes to a friend, who drives mostly around the construction site, and bought another set. I recommend thinking hard about where to buy and what the e-shop has a background and a complaint policy! I wanted to save and for this experience I am about 10,000, - poorer. I give one star to the guys in the service, they at least tried to solve the thing.

K	Karel Pour on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nemůžu říct, že jsem byl nespokojen. Disky a pneu co jsem si objednal přišly v naprostém pořádku. V zakázce jsem si objednal i kompletaci za zvýhodněnou cenu. Tam byl první zádrhel, že eshop nekomunikuje s pneuservisem. Přijel jsem si pro kola na základě výzvy k vyzvednutí a pneuservis o tom nevěděl, tak že jsem zase odjel. Technik se omlouval, že druhý den ráno budou připraveny. Tak jsem jim nechal ještě jeden den navíc a zase nic. V příjmu byla velmi ochotná mladá dáma, která se omluvila a za dvacet minut bylo vše připraveno k vyzvednutí. Jinak se zbožím a cenou maximální spokojenost. I can't say I was dissatisfied. So I left them more and nothing again. In the income, a young lady was a very helpful, and in twenty minutes everything was ready to pick up. Otherwise with goods and the price of maximum satisfaction.
