★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for diagnostics because if a broken oil sensor. They identified and fixed the issue on the same day. The problem is that I was forced to pay (2000CZK) for a noncritical repair that I didn't ask for. I'm sure that me not being able to speak much Czech contributed to the confusion but I would have appreciated to be called before performing a costly repair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely the most horrible service department. Have had my Audi brought there multiple times and each time they took over a month for simple repairs. Completely uncoordinated and unreliable. They also give you one price point and then hit you with a higher one at the end (three times for me). Avoid this place for service like the plague. If you speak English they wont understand. Just try calling them and you’ll see :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its one of those places that you hate to have to go to...like the dentist, for example. Mainly because of the rude and arrogant and totally unhelpful people who work there. I'm sure my lack of Czech fluency and their discomfort speaking English is partly to blame, but even with a language barrier, there are certain basic customer service protocols that seem to be missing here. When we complained to the manager about one particular individual's rudeness, he replied "oh yes, he treats us all the same way". Enough said.
Definitely, one would think that the recent spate of 1 star reviews would cause some concern to management...but based on my experience, I'm not optimistic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a slightly used Scala with missing mirror link despite being part of the deal (some hiccups with Skoda software). The dealer promised me to get it installed immediately after being available. 2 years and 20 calls later, all turned out to be only empty promises. I've even brought the car to the service and I was promised to have that installed by the time I arrive. They "forgot".
