★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednané zboží bylo skladem, zaplatila jsem předem a bohužel stále nic nepřicházelo. Dovolat se je umění, telefon neustále obsazený. Po 18 dnech jsem se teprve dočkala, už jsem ani nedoufala, že něco přijde.
The ordered goods were in stock, I paid in advance and unfortunately still nothing came. Calling is an art, the phone constantly busy. After 18 days, I just waited, I didn't even hope that something would come.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hrůza... po dvou týdnech bez reakce napsali, že platba přes kartu neproběhla v pořádku a je tudíž potřeba zaplatit jinak. Po dalším týdnu další zpráva, že jedna z objednaných položek už není a nebude (i když na eshopu je pořád jako skladem). Zásilka dorazila tři týdny po objednání. Kéž bych tento obchod nikdy nevyužil...
Horror ... after two weeks without a reaction, they wrote that the payment via card was not successful and it is therefore necessary to pay differently. After another week, another message that one of the ordered items is no longer and will not be (even though it is still in stock at the e-shop). The shipment arrived three weeks after ordering. I wish I never used this shop ...
