It seemed to me a very complete drugstore. The person who attended me was very attentive in helping and advising me, despite knowing little of my language, she gave me a great service. Prices are reasonable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Příšerné. Prodali nám něco jiného, než jsme objednali. A reklamaci odmítli uznat. Pokud by se jednalo o léky, tak už naše dítě možná nežije.
Terrible. They sold us something different than we ordered. And they refused to acknowledge the complaint. If it was a drug, our child may not be alive anymore.

The staff surprised me, willing to explain everything and recommended what we needed. In our pharmacy in a small town is a disaster. I can only recommend.

Neberu edenred multi poukazky v papierovej forme aj ked to maju na eshope explicitne napisane.
Odisla som bez balicka, ze si mam vraj vytvorit objednavku s odberom inu / vacsiu pobocku.
Personal nervous and not very pleasant.
I do not take edenred multi vouchers in paper form, even if they have it explicitly written on the e-shop.
I left without a package that I am supposed to create an order with a different branch / larger branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been here about 20 times between April and August 2021, to buy some medicine or pick up the online order. Staff was always very helpful and knowledgeable. I even called before picking up the prescription, they answered promptly and advised that they have it.
