★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dne 24.5.2022 jsme byli v Dětské nemocnici na jednodenní hospitalizaci k operaci tříselné kýly u mého syna a tímto bych chtěl poděkovat a předat velmi pozitivní zpětnou vazbu na všechen personál, který se toho účastnil (všem sestřičkám a také panu doktorovi).
Od začátku jsme byli o všem skvěle informování, sestřičky byly velmi vstřícné, se vším nám pomohly, měly trpělivost a skvěle zvládaly všechny situace. Vždy nám vysvětlili co nás čeká a jak co bude probíhat a proto jsme zvládli celou hospitalizaci bez problémů a v klidovém režimu. Děkujeme moc :)
 On May 24, 2022, we were at the Children's Hospital for a one-day hospitalization for inguinal hernia surgery with my son, and I would like to thank you and give very positive feedback to all the staff who participated (all the nurses and the doctor).
From the beginning we were well informed about everything, the nurses were very helpful, they helped us with everything, they had patience and they handled all situations very well. They always explained to us what awaited us and how it would take place, and that is why we managed the entire hospitalization without any problems and at rest. Thank you very much :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A small guide for non Czech speaking people. If you go here, without appointment, go to the central registration in building C. Take a ticket for the department that you would like to consult ( everything on the screen is written in Czech. I used the camera option of Google translate to understand which option to choose). Wait for your number and then go to the corresponding registration counter. The person in the counter was speaking English. They will ask for your ID, doctor's recommendation and insurance. Keep everything ready. Go to the respective departments and wait for them to call your name.
