Na każdej był lek po dwa opakowania (pakiety) a wydano po jednym opakowaniu chociaż było dopisane na recepcie 2 x po 60 szt. Recepty były na inne nazwiska. Na moją interwencję mailową pani magister zaproponowała mnie abym przyjechał to mi wydadzą pozostałe leki zgodnie z receptą.Do Ostrawy mam prawie 300 km. Sprawa super rozwiązana. Nie polecam tej apteki, po prostu oszukują, bo jak Pani magister napisała nie wiedzą, że 1 opakowanie to 1 pakiet i nie wiedzą 2 x 60 szt . P	Petr Mičkal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neochotna obsluha, dlouhá čekací doba, výdej na recept i když je prázdný nevezme čekající lidi! Určitě bych zvolil jinou lékárnu. Reluctant service, long waiting time, picking up the recipe even when it's empty doesn't take waiting people! I would definitely choose another pharmacy.

Nebylo mi dobře, měla jsem horečku a potřebovala se co nejrychleji vrátit domů, a paní mi tam začala nabízet úplně nesmyslné věci, když jsem jí řekla, že mi není dobře ať mi dá ten sprej ať můžu jít, tak mi začala zase něco nabízet, že paralen je na nic, byla arogantní, nepřijemná. Neobdrzela jsem zadny email, zadnou sms potvrzujici objednavku. Penize byly strzeny z meho uctu. 21.8. Jsem kontaktovala Benu a bylo mi receno, ze balicek nedorazil at kontaktuji eshop. Jelikoz eshop ma sve hodiny po-pa do 17h a v Benu lekarne v Ostrave Avion personal byl arogantni a nebyli mi ochotni pomoci, dovolala jsem se az v pondeli 24.8. Kde mi bylo receno, ze z nejakeho duvodu objednavka nebyla dokoncena (chyba na jejich strane). Pani mi to potvrdila a slibila, ze balicek bude do stredy na lekarne. Dnes je streda a az dnes jsem obdrzela potvrzujici email, ze balicek je teprve na ceste! Hruza a des! I DO NOT RECOMMEND shopping through the Ben eshop! I ordered goods worth 1035 CZK 18.8.2020. It is stated on the website that the goods will arrive at the pharmacy within 48 hours. I did not receive any email, no text message confirming the order. The money was deducted from my account. 21.8. I contacted Ben and I was told that the package did not arrive and I contact the e-shop. Since the e-shop has all hours Mon-Fri until 5 pm and in the Ben pharmacy in Ostrava Avion staff was arrogant and they were not willing to help me, I called on Monday 24.8. Where I was told that for some reason the order was not completed (error on their part). The lady confirmed it to me and promised that the package would be at the pharmacy by Wednesday. Today is Wednesday and only today I received a confirmation email that the package is still on the way! Horror and des!
