★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mnou zakoupene kapky pro miminko me vysly v kamenne prodejne o 150 vic, nez bych si pockal na dopraveni na tu samou prodejnu pres eshop. Bohuzel jsem je potreboval hned. Smejdi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pan Mgr. je velice neochotný a arogantní. Politika této lékárny není o tom člověku "pomoct s výběrem vhodného léku, k rychlé rekonvalescencí ale za draho prodat!!! Jinak k Mgr. Jsi zakomplexovaný neochotný trouba co si léčí své komplexy na jiných. Zákaznicích!!!

S reklamaci nas odkazali na e-shop, kde jsme vyrobek zakoupili (jeste s udivenou pripominkou, proc zbozi reklamujeme az rok od jeho zakoupeni!, pricemz zakonna lhuta je 2 roky). Na strankach benu.cz jsme pak zjistili, ze reklamovat zbozi muzeme i na teto provozovne, bez ohledu na to, zda vyrobek byl/nebyl zakoupen v e-shopu!!
Reluctant and unprofessional personal. With the complaint we refer to the e-shop where we bought the product (still with astonishing reminder, why we claim the goods up to a year after its purchase !, while the law is 2 years). On the website benu.cz we found that we can claim goods to this establishment, regardless of whether the product was / was not purchased in the e-shop !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Za mě ok. Ochotný personál, který vždy poradí. Jako jediní mi byli schopní pomoct s objednávkou léků poté, co mi v jiných lékárnách nedokázali říct, zda se jedná o momentální nebo dlouhodobý výpadek.
Ok for me. Helpful staff who always advise. They were the only ones able to help me order medication after they could not tell me in other pharmacies whether it was a current or long-term outage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dneska večer jsem navštívila tuto lékárnu, kde mne obsluhovala paní Metzová, vedoucí lékárny, naprosto otřesný, odměřený přístup, chování k mé dceři katastrofa a co se týče slušného chování, jako je pozdrav se nekonal.
Nákup bez receptu a ani nechtěla kartu Benu, kde načítám body.
Musela jsem se vrátit a načíst a pak mi nezdělila ani konečný počet bodů za nákup po mém dotazu.
Otřesný zážitek chování ke klientovi.

Tonight I visited this pharmacy, where I was served by Mrs. Metz, the head of the pharmacy, with an absolutely appalling, measured attitude, a catastrophe for my daughter, and no decent behavior such as a greeting.
Buying without a prescription and didn't even want a Ben card where I load points.
I had to go back and load and then she didn't even share the final number of points for the purchase after my inquiry.
A horrible experience of behavior towards the client.
