1 star less because there is no space to pack your basket, the checkout ladies virtually throw the shopping at you and pile it high on the tiny section at the end of the till.
God help you if you forget to weigh the fruit and veg, be prepared for eyes rolling and a rude remark.
Actually reducing to 3 stars just because of the checkout experience.
The swlf service is MUCH better if you do mot have too many things
