In addition, a lot of important advice in addition. At least this way I have to praise "MR. Mr. Adam" very much and I highly recommend it to everyone. This man is a man, in the right place, with a huge heart !!!!

I commend the approach of Mr. Novák, who willingly advised and tried to check with my general practitioner whether this was a mistake when dispensing the prescription drug. Satisfaction for me.

Absolute lack of interest in customers. Today at 4:30 pm a whole line left. They cannot greet or communicate that the service will take longer. One is looking for shoes in the back and the other is looking for a "prescription", not interested in people who don't have a recipe. I definitely do not recommend a visit here.

There were a lot of blabbering customers in line, but what really excited me was the pharmacist's professional and human approach to dispensing. Answer: No, it doesn't work. Ok. So I will pay for the order as it is, but I will return the extra 1 piece immediately (Civil Code and return of goods within 14 days without giving reasons if you order through the e-shop did not hear about it in life) order again, which will come the next day. During the interview, she opened the mouthpiece of her colleague next to me that they sell medical items, that they are not just an e-shop. By this she probably meant that for BENU Czech Republic s.r.o. The Civil Code does not apply or what I had to leave the pharmacy without the products I already had there physically. A little disgusted were either the girls reluctant to meet the customer's needs or the problem is elsewhere. Conclusion: In the end I googled and found out that Alza.cz has the same product in stock in Holešovice, so after a failure at the pharmacy I picked it up on the way home and it was also about 10% cheaper than at the BENU e-shop.
