Do této lékárny chodím pravidelně již 3 roky a vždy všichni velice milí a příjemní, a to že má obchod jako každý jiný 1x ročně inventuru...to je snad vtip, že kvůli tomu dá někdo špatnou recenzi, tvl... buďte rádi, že mají otevřeno 7 dní týdnu a nejsou tam fronty. I absolutely do not understand the rating here. I have been going to this pharmacy regularly for 3 years and always everyone is very nice and pleasant, and that it has a shop like every other one yearly inventory ... that is a joke that someone will give a bad review, make ... that they are open 7 days a week and there are no queues.

Poté, co jsem vystála frontu, lékárník odešel od pultu a šel si rovnat léky do regálů, načež u druhé přepážky lékárnice místo toho, aby mě obsloužila, tak odešla také pryč. Lékárnice u vydávání léků na recept se ani neoběžovala zeptat, co potřebuji (vydat zásilku). Jen upozorňuji, že v této době jiný zákazník v lékárně nebyl. Před vydáním zásilky jsem poprosila o vyhledání své zákaznické karty v počítači (kartu jsem neměla u sebe) - to se lékárnice absolutně neobtěžovala udělat. Pokud nebudu nutně potřebovat, do této lékárny už nevkročím. Absolutely terrible customer service. After standing in line, the pharmacist left the counter and went to the medicine on the shelves, after which she left at the second counter of the pharmacy instead of serving me. When dispensing prescription drugs, the pharmacist didn't even bother to ask what I needed (issue a shipment). I would just like to point out that there was no other customer in the pharmacy at this time. Before issuing the shipment, I asked to find my customer card on the computer (I did not have the card with me) - the pharmacist absolutely did not bother to do that. If I don't really need it, I won't enter this pharmacy.

Ve špičce budete bohužel rychleji obslouženi v blízkých lékárnách i v té Bille jedou dvě pokladny. At peak times, one cash register for free sale and three other saleswomen are dealing with whatever. So off-peak cool. Unfortunately, at peak times you will be served faster in nearby pharmacies and there are two cash registers in that Bill.
B	Bruno on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nápad jak je snadno přestat být věrným zákazníkem s tím vám pomůže samotná lekarna. Nepoužíval jsem zákaznickou kartu asi tak měsíc a půl, a vymazali mě ze systému, aniž by přišla SMS že musíte požádat o novou kartu, nebo způsob jak bych si mohl prodloužit platnost stávající, nedočkáte si nic.. mají RČ v systému a to je vše, musíte znovu vyplňovat přihlašovací formulář, vážně?! děkuju. Najdu si lepší síť. The pharmacy itself will help you with the idea of how easy it is to stop being a loyal customer. I haven't used a customer card for about a month and a half, and they deleted me from the system without an SMS coming that you have to request a new card, or a way I could extend the existing one, you won't see anything .. they have a registration number in the system and that's it , you have to fill in the application form again, really ?! Thank you. I'll find a better network.

Ceny jsou vyšší, no jako v Benu, ale lékárnice nesmírně ochotné, zaznamenala jsem jmenovku -paní Velebová, snad jí nekomolím jméno, strávila se mnou asi 10 minut vybíráním léku a popisem účinků, ale nejen ona. I další lékárnice byly mimořádně vstřícné, teď tam chodím často. Bydlím na Pankráci, ale do Arkád bych po zkušenostech s tamní Benu lékárnou nešla ani pod namířenou pistolí, to je katastrofa, to se opravdu povleču až na tu Budějovickou, opravdu velký rozdíl. Je to v lidech, Benu na Budějovické Probably the best Ben pharmacy I've ever visited. Prices are higher, as in Ben, but the pharmacists are extremely willing, I noticed the name tag - Mrs. Velebová, perhaps I will not call her name, she spent about 10 minutes with me choosing a drug and describing the effects, but not only her. Other pharmacies were also extremely accommodating, now I go there often. I live in Pankrác, but after my experience with the local Bena pharmacy, I wouldn't go to Arkády even under a pointed gun, it's a disaster, I'll really get dressed except for Budějovická, a really big difference. Nepříjemný a arogantní personál, který nechápe, že osoby cizí národnosti nejsou hluché a proto na ně není potřeba zvyšovat hlas, ale jen prostě nerozumí dobře česky. Čtyři kasy, z toho v provozu jen dvě přitom personálu je tam podstatně víc, avšak, když je v lékárně fronta až ven,tak místo toho,aby šli za kasu, tak doplňují zboží a tváří se,že frontu nevidí. Absolutely the worst pharmacy in Prague. Unpleasant and arrogant staff who do not understand that people of foreign nationality are not deaf and therefore there is no need to raise their voice, but they just do not understand Czech well. Four cash registers, of which only two are in operation, and there are significantly more staff there, but when there is a line in the pharmacy, instead of going to the cash register, they replenish the goods and pretend not to see the line.
