★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday I was on station near Austrian border (Velesin). We've ordered 2 vege fries and chicken nuggets. Because fries were overburnt it was impossible to give it to our 3-years old son. So I've asked a glass of hot water to prepare our own oat flakes. Lady on cash desk replied I need to buy a tea in order to get a hot water. This is only water! I didn't even need your cup. Awful and greedy service ?. This is how you meet foreign travelers?
