★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dobrý den, vzhledem k tomu že auto denně využívám k dopravě do práce a je nedílnou součástí života vzhledem k manželově invaliditě , podělíme se s vámi o svou zkušenost s touto firmou. V jiném servisu v Mariánských Lázních, servis se jmenuje CarClinic, nám naše auto místo opravy totálně domrvili a následnou opravu vyčíslili na bezmála 50.000 korun. S tím jsme nesouhlasili a na doporučení jsme odvezli auto do servisu k p. Szitaiovi. Ten po zjištění všech závad si netroufl odhadnout cenu následné opravy, ale ujistil nás, že tolik to určitě nebude a nebude to trvat zdaleka tak dlouho jak nám bylo řečeno v servise minulém. Auto si převzal v pondělí s tím, že bude zapotřebí vyndat zalomené žhavicí svíčky, vyměnit, tlumiče a vyřešit problém s dpf filtrem a opravit zadní brzdy. V minulém servise nám bylo řečeno že bude motor muset ven z auta minimálně se kompletně rozebrat. A ejhle p. Szitai ve středu volal že vůz je připraven. Zhavice byly vyměněny, tlumiče s pružinami též a opravené brzdy včetně vyřešeného problemu s dpf filtrem. Následná cena mě až zaskočila, řekl si o pouhých 13.500 korun. Ochota , přístup a profesionalita personálu, která se jen tak nevidí, mě přesvědčila že své auto již nevěřím do jiných rukou než panu Szitaiovi. Jeho vstřícnost , orientace v problematice jakékoliv značky vozu a rychlost se kterou dokáží pracovat z něj dělá nejlepší autoservis se kterým jsem se kdy setkala, tudíž mohu jen doporučit a těším se na další případnou spolupráci.
Hello, since I use the car daily for transport to work and it is an integral part of life due to my husband's disability, we will share with you my experience with this company. In another service in Mariánské Lázně, the service is called CarClinic, our car was completely crushed instead of repaired and the subsequent repair was calculated at almost 50,000 crowns. We did not agree with that and on the recommendation we took the car to the service station of Mr. Szitai. After finding out all the defects, he did not dare to estimate the price of the subsequent repair, but he assured us that it would certainly not be so much and it would not take nearly as long as we were told in the last service. He took over the car on Monday, saying that it would be necessary to remove the bent glow plugs, replace the shock absorbers and solve the problem with the dpf filter and repair the rear brakes. In the last service we were told that the engine would have to get out of the car at least completely disassembled. And lo and behold, Mr. Szitai called on Wednesday that the car was ready. The heaters were replaced, the shock absorbers with springs as well and the brakes were repaired, including a solved problem with the dpf filter. The subsequent price surprised me, he said by only 13,500 crowns. The willingness, attitude and professionalism of the staff, which is not easy to see, convinced me that I no longer trust my car in hands other than Mr. Szitai. His helpfulness, orientation in any car brand and the speed with which they can work make him the best car service I have ever met, so I can only recommend and look forward to further possible cooperation.
