★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Důvodem návštěvy servisu bylo, nepřesné řazení manuální převodovky. Servis nebyl schopný provést kompletní vizuální kontrolu řadící kulisy, pouze provedl kontrolu stavu táhel u převodovky. Závěr odborníka zněl, "domontovat celou převodovku, rozpůlit a prohlédnout řadící mechanizmus, řadící kulisa je v pořádku". Odhad zásahu 20-25 tis.Kč. Cena informace 1.134 Kč.
Nenechal jsme se ovlivnit a navštívil konkurenční servis. Zde došlo k opravdové kontrole řadícího mechanizmu i ze strany podvozku (zvednutí vozidla, částečná demontáž výfukového potrubí, demontáž krycího plechu...) a byla detekována závada. Jedno z táhel řazení bylo poškozené (roztřepené). Následovala výměna řadící kulisy i s táhly. Cena výměny 5.000Kč.
Servis Autospektra 2000 je neodborný až laický. Příjemná administrativní pracovnice to nezachrání. Děkuji, více už nikdy.
The reason for visiting the service was an inaccurate manual transmission. The service was not able to carry out a complete visual inspection of the shift link, it only checked the condition of the drawbars at the gearbox. The expert's conclusion was, "assemble the entire gearbox, halve and inspect the gear mechanism, the gearshift is OK". Estimated intervention 20-25 thousand CZK. Price information CZK 1,134.
We were not influenced and visited a competitive service. There was a real check of the gear mechanism from the chassis side (lifting the vehicle, partial disassembly of the exhaust pipe, disassembly of the cover plate ...) and a defect was detected. One of the shift rods was damaged (frayed). This was followed by a change of gearshift and drawbars. Exchange price 5,000 CZK.
The Autospektra 2000 service is unprofessional to non-professional. A friendly office worker won't save it. Thank you, never again.
