In total, instead of two and a half hours of an unobtrusive and interesting walk, we get more than four hours - the whole group (30 people) was indignant, they asked me to return at least money, additionally inflated for a boat trip (200 CZK) - neither the manager nor the guide even They didn’t listen ... Refusing the “forced” walk is also inconvenient - it is “built-in” in the middle of the tour. And the guide’s story itself and the city tour itself are interesting.

We bought an exit tour for 3 people for 90 Euros. In the voucher, the representative of Best of Travel, from whom the tour was bought, indicated (as it turned out later) the wrong place of collection. I had to urgently go there. Long could not catch a taxi. In the end, we got to the “right” place, but the group had already left. On the phone at the office of Best of Travel they said that we were late and therefore we would not receive any compensation. The operator stubbornly refused my suggestions to find a compromise out of the situation, motivating him that “they’re not guilty of this”: they won’t return the money, they won’t transfer the tour the next day, they won’t provide another tour (even with my surcharge). Not a single proposal to solve the problem has been received by Best of Travel. However, as well as an apology. So to speak about professionalism and respect for the client in the case of Best of Travel is not necessary. In the end: lost time and more than 100 euros (for the tour and transport).
