★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il nostro albergo ha prenotato x noi il tour completo di Praga. Durato tutto il giorno pagato 2.550 corone a testa. L'autista è venuto in albergo a prenderci e una volta raccolti tutti i clienti, eravamo in 6 in totale, ci siamo diretti in piazza Vadislao dove è salita la guida. Ha parlato tutta la giornata sia in inglese e sia in spagnolo x accontentare e far capire a tutti. Si è girato inizialmente in un piccolo bus x poi dirigersi e visitato il Castello di Praga, Vecchio Palazzo Reale, Basilica di San Giorgio, Cattedrale di San Vito e camminato nel Vicolo d'Oro. Abbiamo attraversato il Quartiere Piccolo, una sosta al birrificio Staropramen dove abbiamo potuto anche assaggiare la loro birra. Ripreso il piccolo bus x vedere la Casa Danzante, Teatro Nazionale, Ponte Carlo, Piazza della Città Vecchia dove aveva iniziato a piovere. Conclusa la giornata a bordo del battello. La guida turistica è sempre stata molto dettagliato nei particolari e chiedendo dava ulteriori informazioni. Purtroppo abbiamo visto tanto ma solamente al mattino abbiamo potuto fare visite interne x mancanza di tempo. Il prezzo è caro ma tutto era compreso nel pacchetto più il rientro in albergo. È possibile anche fare gite più corte di solo alcune ore. Il loro dépliant è ampliamente dettagliato in tutte varie lingue.
Our hotel has booked the complete Prague tour for us. Lasted 2,550 crowns a day. The driver came to the hotel to pick us up and once we had gathered all the customers, we were 6 in total, we headed to Piazza Vadislao where the guide went up. He spoke all day in both English and Spanish to please and make everyone understand. He initially turned on a small bus x then headed to and visited Prague Castle, Old Royal Palace, St. George's Basilica, St. Vitus Cathedral and walked in the Golden Lane. We crossed the Small Quarter, a stop at the Staropramen brewery where we could also taste their beer. Resumed the small bus to see the Dancing House, National Theater, Charles Bridge, Old Town Square where it had started to rain. End of the day aboard the boat. The tour guide has always been very detailed and asking for more information. Unfortunately we have seen so much but only in the morning we have been able to make internal visits for lack of time. The price is expensive but everything was included in the package plus the return to the hotel. It is also possible to make shorter trips of only a few hours. Their brochure is extensively detailed in all various languages.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked on the Prague Castle in Detail tour two days ago from our hotel and were given a voucher to pay the guide. Got picked up on time today and even though castle was right next door was taken back into middle of town to Best Tour Kiosk told to pay 200 crowns more and an hour later on different bus got to castle. The guide was so hard to hear and useless that one group phoned office to complain. It was the worst guided tour I have ever been on and felt ripped off and messed around. Would never recommend them. Left a complaint with hotel to deal with

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arranged a terezin tour with this company via GetYour Guide. Prompt pick up and friendly staff. Knowledgeable tour guide. Would have preferred to have some time to explore ourselves as well though as only saw part of it. Didnt get to go in a lot of places

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They picked me up 20 minutes later than agreed. At the end of the journey they wanted to leave us in the middle of nowhere in Prague instead of taking us to our hotel. This raised a lot of complains since in their brochure it is clearly written “pick up and drop off included”. It was quite unprofessional to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked 2 tours from Best Tours and were delighted by both. Drivers were punctual and friendly and our tour guide, Veronica, was fantastic.
She patiently answered many questions and was clearly very well read and passionate about local history. We will definitely book with best tours again next time we're in Prague.
