L	Ladislav Markovič on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Older hotel built in the early 90. located in the city centre with views of the Špilberg castle. Rooms are air conditioned and spacious with modern furniture and comfortable bed. Hotel employees are friendly and helpful. Traditional european hotel breakfast was generous if not very imaginative. Hotel offers usual Best Western quality. I can only recommend it for your next stay in Brno.

M	Moscow Boi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We arrived at 1 am very tired. We booked executive rooms. Staff gave us junior rooms that are smaller, cheaper and of a different style. When we said we booked different room, staff said they don’t have executive rooms. The hotel sold us rooms, that they don’t have. This is crazy.

When I arrived there was no place in the garage and in the parking in front of the hotel and I had to make a round in the city area to find other parking. I checked in and went to the room where I found other person pants and socks. I went straight to the reception and I was given other room and a free drink. Wifi although working good was difficult to connect. Registration webpage was not opening in 3 different web browsers. Their politics regarding bath area is a fake. I did not leave any stuff on the floor to keep it for next day and everything was exchanged. Why? On the leave there was only one person in the reception and the queeu was up to the door. I was 10th and was waiting to get the invoice for 35 minutes. Beside that there were rubbish left on the saircase which was not cleaned by anybody. Choose other hotel as this is very weak
Е	Елена Сардак on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is quite old. The standard room turned to be old furnished. We changed the room for the more mordern one- advanced, but the hotel itself feels like 90s. The bathroom is very small also- 2 steps of mine. Plus The repairs on the road nearby made the staying noisy. The location is comfortable. The breakfast is normal, the personnel is pleasant. Room service (for breakfast) -100 Kr. The parking place is infront of the entrance. So we stayed for only 1 night.
E	Enrico Mantero on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well designed and fancy Lobby and common spaces. The parking lot just in front of the entrance is comfortable. Good choice in the morning breakfast. The room I had was a bit oldish compared to the hotel overall image. All in all a good choice for business.

Meeting rooms, bar with extensive wine and alcohol offerings, fitness room, friendly staff, clean, up dated.
