Reklamace mobilního telefonu Xiaomi byla zamítnuta ačkoli vady (nefungující navigační tlačítka a defekt displeje nevzniklého z fyzického kontaktu) jsou prokazatelně způsobeny okolnostmi nesouvisející s drobným škrábancem, který na tomto telefonu objevili a na jehož základě celou reklamaci odmítli pod záminkou porušení záručních podmínek. Toto mi potvrdilo i několik servisních techniků nezávisle na sobě. Zboží vám dodají, ale pokud případně reklamujete, z odpovědnosti se budou chtít za každou cenu vyvázat. Budu to řešit dále přes pojištění právní ochrany. Jde sice jen o cca 2500 Kč za opravu, ale nutno na to upozornit...ačkoli třeba na Heurece maji vysoké hodnocení (nikdo tam ale už nezmiňuje případné reklamace, jen rychlost dodání produktu, atd.)

Several service technicians confirmed this to me independently of each other. They will deliver the goods to you, but if you claim, they will want to break free from liability. I will deal with it through legal protection insurance. Although it is only about 2500 CZK for repair, but it is necessary to point out ... although for example on Heurece have a high rating (but there is no mention of any complaints, only the speed of delivery of the product, etc.)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nejhorší e-shop, který znám. Zakoupila jsem si zde dva mobily. Oba dva jsem v krátké době dvakrát reklamovala. Poslední apple nedávno a reklamaci mi zamítli, že v mobilu nalezli neznámou tekutinu. To jako vážně? Ve voděodolném telefonu? Jestli ho při první reklamaci v lednu rozebrali a špatně složili, pak je viníkem jejich servis, kam se mimochodem nedá dovolat. Takže mám doma rok a půl starý iPhone za 20 tisíc a mužů se s nim vyfotit.O mobil jsem se celou dobu starala vzorně. Nemá jediný škrábanec ani oděrku. Ale k čemu mi to v závěru je? Silně nedoporučuji.
The worst e-shop I know. I bought two cell phones here. I complained to both of them twice in a short time. If they dismantled it during the first complaint in January and put it wrong, then the culprit is their service, which, incidentally, cannot be called. So I have a year-and-a-half-year-old iPhone at home for 20,000 and men take pictures with it. I took good care of my mobile phone the whole time. It doesn't have a single scratch or abrasion. But what is the point for me in the end? I strongly do not recommend.
