★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Přišel jsem do prodejny a zakoupil si nový telefon. Přirozeně jsem k němu měl zájem o ochranné sklo a zadní kryt. Poté co mi pán nalepil sklo jsem se ho zeptal na zadní kryt. Řekl, že se podívá a prodal mi kryt za 300,-. Před obchodem jsem mobil rozbalil a zjistil, že kryt je přibalen již u telefonu. Vrátil jsem se tedy po pár minutách do obchodu a řekl, že bych chtěl ten nerozbalený kryt vrátit, protože mám 2 identické a nevěděl jsem, že je jeden přibalen u mobilu. Pán mi řekl, že jakmile si produkt zakoupit, již není možné ho vrátit. Naprostá nespokojenost s neznalostí prodejce a neochotou pomoci.
 I came to the store and bought a new phone. Naturally, I was interested in the protective glass and the back cover. After the gentleman stuck my glass, I asked him about the back cover. He said he would look and sell me the cover for 300, -. In front of the store, I unpacked my cell phone and found that the cover was already included with the phone. So I went back to the store after a few minutes and said that I would like to return the unpacked cover, because I have 2 identical ones and I didn't know that one was included with the mobile phone. The Lord told me that once you buy a product, it is no longer possible to return it. Total dissatisfaction with the ignorance of the seller and the unwillingness to help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dcera u prodavače objednala nabíječku na hodinky GTS což jí bylo přislíbeno že je skladem na centrále. Když jsem šel vyzvednout bylo mi docela arogantně řečeno že jí nemají a že nemůžou mít všechno na každý starý přístroj (rok staré hodinky, samozřejmě ještě v záruce) Nedoporučuju, nepříjemná zkušenost. Dlouho se tam neukážu :-(
The daughter ordered a charger for the GTS watch from the saleswoman, which was promised that she was in stock at the headquarters. When I went to pick it up I was quite arrogantly told that they didn't have it and that they couldn't have everything on every old device (a year old watch, of course still under warranty) I don't recommend, an unpleasant experience. I won't show up there for a long time :-(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prodavač neumí nalepit ochranné sklo. Napoprvé pod ním zůstal prach, napodruhé se v rozích displeje odlepuje a jsou pod ním bubliny. Za oba nepovedené pokusy prodavač nabídl 10% slevu, takže odcházím s mizerně nalezeným sklem za neuvěřitelných 450 Kč...
The seller cannot stick protective glass. For the first time, dust remained under it, the second time it peeled off at the corners of the screen and there are bubbles under it. For both unsuccessful attempts, the seller offered a 10% discount, so I leave with a miserable glass for an incredible 450 CZK ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnes mi můj přítel chtěl v tomto obchodu koupit k výročí chytré hodinky. Po příchodu do této prodejny Xiaomi (V IGY v Českých Budějovicích) mu zde pracující zaměstnanec oznámil že " ho musí vyhodit a že má přijít za 10 min" . Přítel tedy odešel. A po 10 min když šel okolo této prodej y tak zde nikdo stejně nebyl. Myslím že není úplně vhodné bez jakéhokoliv dotazu na to co si vlastně zákazník přeje, ho vyhazovat z prodejny, kde chtěl nakupovat ..... Myslím že by bylo vhodné, aby si příště zaměstnanec této pobočky byl schopný svou pracovní dobu rozvrhnout tak, aby tím neomezoval možnost nákupu v prodejně. Děkuji a asi chápete že přítel už se tam nevrátí.
Today, my friend wanted to buy me a smart watch for this anniversary. Upon arrival at this Xiaomi store (V IGY in České Budějovice), an employee working here told him that "he must be fired and that he should come in 10 minutes". So the friend left. And after 10 minutes when he went around this sale, no one was here anyway. I think it is not entirely appropriate without any question about what the customer actually wants to throw him out of the store where he wanted to shop ..... I think it would be appropriate for the next employee of this branch to be able to schedule their working hours so that thereby not restricting the possibility of buying in the store. Thank you and you probably understand that your friend will not return.
