★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prosím vás. Proč nikdo nebere telefon? Už tam volám asi týden a teď už to padá rovnou do hl. schránky. Mám to do Budějovic kolem 50 km a je to teď pro mě nejbližší prodejna, protože v Táboře jí zrušili. Přece tam nepojedu jenom kvůli tomu, že se potřebuju na něco jenom zeptat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jednu hvězdu za možnost navštívit i 17.11. nicméně vyjádření na místě pracovníka neodpovídalo operátorovi na Vodafone lince. Měli by se buď lépe proškolit nebo domluvit, kolegové. Od doby spojení s UPC tato společnost je ve vztahu ke klientům více negativní. Budu hledat jiného operátora.
One star for the opportunity to visit on November 17th. however, the statement on the job site did not correspond to the operator on the Vodafone line. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vodafone mám od jejich příchodu do ČR. Až na malé drobnosti jsem byla vždy velmi spokojená. Doporučila jsem operátora i mému tatínkovi. Potřeboval vyměnit ochranné sklo na telefonu, které si zakoupil už dříve. Kupovali jsme rovnou 2 kusy. V prodejně mu jej odmítl zaměstnanec vyměnit. O kousek dál v Mobil pohotovost, ochotně i přes spoustu lidí v prodejně, mu sklo vyměnili. Škoda, že Vodafone nezaměstnává stejně ochotné lidi kteří udělají něco nad rámec svých povinností. Možná by pak měli na prodejně alespoň nějaké zákazníky. Protože nelze reagovat na vaši odpověď, tak pouze doplnění. Vás zaměstnanec mi řekl, že pokud bych ochranné sklo koupila u vás na prodejně, tak by ho vyměnil. Každopádně děkuji za odpověď a přeji hezký den.

He needed to replace the protective glass on the phone he had bought before. We bought 2 pieces. An employee refused to replace it at the store. A little further on at the emergency room, willingly, despite a lot of people in the store, they replaced his glass. It is a pity that Vodafone does not employ equally willing people who do something beyond their responsibilities. Maybe then they would have at least some customers in the store. Because you can't respond to your answer, just add. Your employee told me that if I bought the protective glass at your store, he would replace it.
