★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neprijemny personal a na pobocku se nikdy nedovolate. Zvlastni ze na ostatni pobocky ano ale na tuto v igy nikdy. Kdo by se obtezoval zvednout telefon. To si sluzby ci nakup radeji rozmyslite..chtelo by to vymenit personal za nekoho kdo je aspon trochu vstricny a ne jen zpruzely svou praci.
 Uncomfortable personal and never reached the branch. Especially for the other branches yes but for this league never. Who would bother to pick up the phone. It would be better to think about services or shopping..chtelo it would swap personal for someone who is at least a bit helpful and not just to make their work more flexible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Banda debilů. Jdete si jen pro simku, jelikož starou ztratíte a oni vám nabízí nové tarify a ještě se rozčílí, když řeknete slovo: “nechci”. Nedoporučuji ani prodejnu ani firmu jako takovou.
A bunch of morons. You only go for the sim, because you lose the old one and they offer you new tariffs and they get even upset when you say the word: "I don't want". I do not recommend the store or the company as such.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byl jsem oklamán nabídkou na vašich stránkách, se slevou 1000Kč na mobilní telefon. Na stránkách nebyly ,,plné podmínky" na první pohled dohledatlené a na prodejně mě místo toho nabídli pro mě nevýhodný tarif.
I was deceived by the offer on your site, with a discount of 1000 CZK on a mobile phone. The site was not "full conditions" at first sight traceable and at the store instead offered me a disadvantageous tariff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tvrdí že jste u nich byl na pobočce, a když chcete vědět kdo zneužil Váš e-mail, když jste u nich nikdy nebyl, tak se na jiném oddělení vymlouvají že je to překlep. Na pobočku se asi dovolat nedá, zkoušel jsem to více jak 20x . Můj e-mail rozhodně není překlep. No budu to řešit dál! Pohádku o překlepu si můžou nechat pro nějakého dědečka.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sestře podali špatné informace. Pan vedoucí špatně poradil, nechtel se zablokovaným telefonem babrat (synovec zapomněl heslo na googl) a prodal hned jiný mobil s tím,ze to spravit nelze.
Chyběl lidský přístup, jedou na prodeje.
They gave the nurse the wrong information. The manager gave me bad advice, he didn't want to babrat with a blocked phone (his nephew forgot his Google password) and sold another mobile phone with the proviso that it couldn't be fixed.
There was no human approach, they go on sales.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neochota personálu. Pro dohodnutí se bylo nutné zdlouhavé a zbytečné konverzace a vysvětlování. Na slovo "zrušit" to najednou možné je, ale pouze bez slevového kódu. Po další rozpravě není problém i se slevovým kódem.
Nabízí měsíc zdarma na pojištění nového telefonu s tím, že kdybych se nezeptal, zda je nutné jej předem zrušit, tak je benefit automaticky prodloužen a účtován poplatek. Při dotazu jak pojištění zrušit jsem nedostal jednoznačnou odpověď - nakonec jsem radši tento "benefit" první měsíc zdarma nepožadoval.
Arogantní vedoucí, kteří jdou pouze za splněním svého cíle a vydolováním co nejvíce peněz ze zákazníků.
