After 3 weeks I figured out they were still waiting for parts that I ordered! Cancelling my order was a real pain. Luckily it all got solved through a paypal claim. It took 3 months to get my money back. For the sake of your company I'd advice you to improve your customer service and be transparent about your stock and delivery process!
