★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byl jsem zde ubytován 2 dny. Byl jsem mile překvapen dostupností. Jednou z nevýhod, avšak byli nepořádní sousedé. Okna která byla tak dobře udržovaná, že jsem z nich málem vypadl, a foukal přes ně studený vánek. Výhodou také byl otevřený ateliér a kolem něj spousta uměleckých maleb. Byl jsem celkově spokojen s pobytem.
 I stayed here for 2 days. I was pleasantly surprised by the availability. One of the disadvantages, however, were the messy neighbors. The windows were so well maintained that I almost fell out of them and a cold breeze blew through them. The advantage was also an open studio and a lot of art paintings around it. I was generally satisfied with my stay.

A crumbling building that remained here as a monument to Textilana. Currently inhabited by the homeless and waiting for the ravages of time to finish what people have not finished.
