L	Lucie Domanická on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prostředí i samotná restaurace je velice pěkná a příjemná, bohužel se to nedá říci o personálu, zřejmě brigádnících. Při dnešní návštěvě jsme sice obdrželi objednané pití obratem, ovšem hodinu jsme čekali, než se číšník přijde zeptat co si dáme k jídlu i přes to, že jsme jej dvakrát volali. Chápu, že jsme dorazili zrovna v době oběda a zákazníků tam bylo více, ovšem u vedlejšího stolu se během té doby vystřídaly u jídla tři rodiny. Rozumím tomu, že se snažili obsloužit všechny v co nejkratším čase, a kdyby přišel a řekl omlouvám se, zapomněl jsem na vás, pochopím to. Ale přijít s kyselým obličejem a říct, že jídlo budu servírovat "dle etikety" od nejstaršího a následně ještě ze špatné strany, situaci vůbec nepomohlo. Je mi to líto, protože toto místo na mě před tímto zážitkem působilo, že bych se sem někdy ještě chtěla vrátit. No, bohužel. The environment and the restaurant itself is very nice and pleasant, unfortunately it is not possible to say about the staff, probably part-time workers. During today's visit, we received the ordered drink immediately, but we waited for an hour before the waiter came to ask what we would like to eat, despite the fact that we called him twice. I understand that we arrived just at lunch time and there were more customers, but during that time, three families took turns at the side table. I understand that they tried to serve everyone in the shortest possible time, and if he came and said sorry, I forgot about you, I will understand. But to come up with a sour face and say that I will serve food "according to the label" from the oldest and then from the wrong side, the situation did not help at all. I'm sorry, because before this experience, this place seemed to me that I would like to come back here someday. Well, unfortunately.

Výhled z pokojů je nádherný přímo na hory. K dokonalosti ještě je nutné vyzdvihnout výborné snídaně, kvalitní kávu a skvělé čepované pivo Plzeň? P.S.: Byla pro nás radost vás navštívit a doufáme, že brzy přijedeme zas, protože nám u vás bylo dobře. Škoda, že se zde neudrželo více místního života a škola musela zaniknout, ale toto využití objektu je taky skvělé a myslím, že Grúni dělá velkou čest :) A place with a very pleasant atmosphere, helpful and kind owner, tasteful, clean rooms, food and drink was also nothing to complain about. P.S .: It was a pleasure for us to visit you and we hope to come again soon because we were fine with you. It's a pity that no more local life was kept here and the school had to disappear, but this use of the building is also great and I think Grun is doing a great honor :)

Hotel je krásný, čistý, na velice zajímavém místě - z vlastních zkušeností z celé Evropy mnohonásobně převyšuje běžné standardy. Majitel p. Bitta velmi ochotný a přátelský - tady se vždy rádi budeme vracet, děkujeme a vřele doporučuji každému, kdo hledá perfektní služby a kvalitu za přátelské ceny - tady vše souhlasí!!! Díky a brzy na viděnou, Miturovi. We spent a short stay at the Bezručova škola hotel, but after years spent at hotels throughout Europe, I must thank the owner and the entire hotel team for an extraordinary experience. The hotel is beautiful, clean, in a very interesting place - from our own experience from all over Europe, it exceeds the current standards many times over. Owner Mr. Bitta very helpful and friendly - here we are always happy to return, thank you and I highly recommend to anyone looking for perfect service and quality at friendly prices - here everything agrees !!! D	Daniel Taylor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hidden gem! Like re-born after my vacation here. Absolutely breathtaking views through to the Slovakian Western Carpathian Mountains e.g. Velka Fatra. Hiking and biking access to marvelous trails across the region. We hiked extensively and loved the interactive trails with regional facts and history. Hotel itself is newly renovated former school house. Gorgeous inside the mixture of historical elements of the schoolhouse e.g. beams, stonework with all the modern luxuries folded in from the renovation to make this one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at. Restaurant fare is delicious. The breakfast is amazing. Pilsner on tap. What a dream! Can't wait to return, next time in the winter for skiing!

There are plentiful opportunities for outdoor enthusiasts including hiking and biking in the summer and cross-country and downhill skiing in the winter. The hotel was recently renovated and has all the modern amenities one could wish for and is spotless clean. In the hotel restaurant, you can enjoy very tasty home-made Czech food and beer. The owners and personnel are very friendly and get out of their ways to satisfy all your wishes. This hotel is a gem and we will be back soon. Thank you!
