Great experience, thank you very much! I booked the date without a gift voucher for myself and my colleagues. Weather forecast on the web with one click (it pays to check before the trip), about 3-4 hours before the start came another 3 sms - to remind you of the booked date, necessary measures due to Covid, exit to the ridge. Great organization for us. The explanation was absolutely professional, lively, we were very satisfied and we certainly did not visit the Park for the last time !! Advice for others - don't underestimate clothes even in the summer months! Winter jacket, blanket and hot tea in a thermos really fit :-) Dark Sky Beskydy thank you :-)

On Wednesday, November 10, I was with friends to observe the evening sky (I was invited, so I can not evaluate the use or non-use of the voucher). However, the date has been changed several times, but I understand the organizers that their offer of observation depends on the weather and they can not influence it ;-) But the experience was ultimately unreal - observations of the Moon, Saturn, Jupiter, the Milky Way, shooting stars "+ funded comment, etc. In a word, great and an experience that I would like to repeat again through DARK SKY Beskydy, thank you for myself and my friends, guides Irena and Tomáš, for this opportunity.

My husband and I received it as a gift and we really liked it. Romantic observation, expert interpretation full of interesting things and, of course, amazing starry skies. When booking a date, you need to be patient, because the weather is something that no one will be affected, and ideally do not wait for anything and make your first booking now.

The family gave me a voucher to observe the night sky. It is true that the date had to be changed several times due to unsuitable weather, which is certainly not in the power of the organizers. In the end, we succeeded, and in November my wife and friends and I had the opportunity to experience a beautiful evening. Compelling storytelling, perfect preparation of technique, nice and knowledgeable guides. If it weren't for that, we'd probably thank and run after 20 minutes, because it was pretty cold. On the contrary, we prolonged it and instead of the planned 2 hours, it stretched to almost 2.5 hours. Many thanks to guides Irena and Tomáš for a wonderful experience and we are already looking forward to repeating the event.

I do not recommend. Bad communication to virtually none. As mentioned below, the phone is nowhere to be found. In good weather, cloudless reservations are able to cancel you, pointless. There is very little chance of catching the deadline. For a proper refund payment dead beetle. They won't react to you, arrogant. You risk your money.

I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND! Thrown out money. Their rules of reservation after the coide are completely NON-NONSENSE and vouchers cannot be applied. They do not reply to letters, they ignore e-mails, and the phone is not even published. So if you don't want to lose your money, don't buy any vouchers here !!! (Although he is no longer a covid, he will still cancel your reservation due to bad weather and then it will be full and suddenly .. bad luck, you have a voucher valid). SO DON'T BUY!

I received the observation as a gift. The experience itself was great. The view, for example, of Jupiter and Saturn is very nice and the story is engaging. The weather didn't work out for the first term, fortunately for the second a few days later it did. The whole service is heavily dependent on the weather. Therefore, I recommend everyone who does not have a location within driving distance to really think carefully about buying a service / voucher. It is possible to stay in the place, but the hoteliers are not (which I fully understand) completely accommodating guests who book accommodation in a style that we may come, maybe not. In the end, I solved through booking and accommodation in Bezruč's school, who were the only ones in the area to cancel the stay the day before free of charge. But the accommodation itself was then logically more expensive, so the whole fun came with transport from Prague for a lot of money. I recommend everyone to think about a system of providers where you can cancel "with impunity" no later than 3 days in advance (when the weather forecast is often still uncertain), but the organizers will let you know whether or not the event until a few hours before the observation. I understand the conditions on their part, but I don't think the observation / voucher is for anyone who has a little further to the Beskydy Mountains. See other reviews if the weather doesn't work. I have a good experience with the telephone contact through which I agreed, due to the covid situation, the original and replacement dates. The Lord was willing and accommodating. I.e. I didn't use the reservation system - it's really more for people within reach.
