★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprostá arogance. Snažil jsem se dát kolo do servisu, tak jdu nejprve na jejich stránky, abych se zarezervoval online. Ale žádná z možností neodpovídala přesně mým potřebám, respektive jsem si nebyl jistý, kterou z nich mám vybrat. Tak volám na servis, abych si nechal poradit. Pán na druhé straně mě ani nenechal domluvit a hned mi vynucoval online rezervaci. Když jsem se mu snažil vysvětlit, že tam nikde nevidím volbu pro můj typ problému, tak mě odsekl, že tam mají pokryté všechny typy oprav. Měl jsem z toho pocit, že ho asi celkem zdržuju a že prostě nemá chuť se se mnou vybavovat. Pak se teda nakonec začal trochu zajímat o to, co mě teda vlastně trápí. Což jsem se mu ale snažil sdělit od samotného začátku, stačilo deset vteřin poslouchat. No abych to shrnul, asi tam těch oprav mají teď už dost a na zákazníka nezbývá čas. Do teď jsem byl jejich pravidelným návštěvníkem, ale ulevím jim a najdu si jiný servis.
 Absolute arrogance. I tried to put the bike in service, so I first go to their site to book online. But none of the options corresponded exactly to my needs, or I wasn't sure which one to choose. So I call the service to get advice. The Lord, on the other hand, didn't even let me make an appointment and immediately forced me to book online. When I tried to explain to him that I didn't see an option for my type of problem anywhere, he cut me off that they had all types of fixes covered. I had the feeling that I was probably holding him back quite a bit and that he just didn't feel like dealing with me. Then, in the end, he became a little interested in what was bothering me. But what I tried to tell him from the very beginning, it was enough to listen for ten seconds. Well, to sum it up, they probably have enough of those repairs there now and there is no time left for the customer. Until now, I have been their regular visitor, but I will relieve them and find another service.
