★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sortiment slusny, ale personal strasny - obchod jsem navstivil trikrat. Pan byl pokazde neochotny, obtezovalo ho mluvit, zdravit a mel jsem pocit, ze zrejme obtezuji i ja. Do obchodu uz se nevratim.
Assortment decent, but the staff terrible - I visited the store three times. Mr. was always reluctant, it was difficult for him to talk, to greet him, and I felt that I was probably bothering me too. I will not return to the store again.

I do not know if the staff is changing in the store, but I was totally satisfied. The Lord was very willing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Komunikace opravdu špatná. E-mail s dotazem 14 dnů bez povšimnutí. Smutné v dnešní době. Hold jsme nákup na expedici učinili u konkurence.
RE: V tom případě tedy neodpovídáte na veškerou komunikaci z Gmailu a váš server nevrací žádný status o chybě...
Communication really bad. E-mail asking 14 days unnoticed. Sad today. We have made a purchase for an expedition with our competitors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dávejte si velký pozor na tuto prodejnu. Prodavači jsou extrémně nepříjemní a ani Vás nepozdraví a pořád máte pocit, že je vlastně otravujete. Koupili jsme si u nich sedlo "na míru" Ergon, jednou jsme ho zkusili, ale vůbec nám nesedělo, tak jsme ho hned šli vrátit. Prodavač se s námi hádal, že sedlo zpět nevezme. Až když jsme začli argumentovat zákonem a možností vrátit zboží do 10 dnů, tak nám vrátili 80% ceny sedla. Opravdu velmi nepříjemná zákaznická zkušenost, už tam nikdy nic nekoupíme...
Take great care of this store. The sellers are extremely annoying and won't greet you either, and you still feel like you're actually bothering them. We bought a "tailor-made" Ergon saddle from them, we tried it once, but it didn't suit us at all, so we immediately went to return it. The salesman argued with us that he would not take the saddle back. Only when we started arguing by law and the possibility of returning the goods within 10 days did they return 80% of the price of the saddle. Really very unpleasant customer experience, we will never buy anything there again ...
