Kol tam je plna prodejna a pan prodavač ví o čem mluví a urcite dokáže poradit. Thank you for the super fast service. Friendly approach. They repaired a damaged derailleur without ordering. After a while we could continue the bike trip. There is a shop full of bicycles and the salesman knows what he is talking about and can definitely advise.

D	David Navrkal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Informace o předraženém servisu jsou zcela zcestné a irelevantní. Ceny za servis jsou odpovídající a oproti konkurenci i nižší. Všichni ostatní zákazníci jsou se službami naprosto spokojeni a že jeden jediný "zákazník" se zprvu chová vděčně a z cenami dopředu souhlasí, se z ničeho nic chová spíše nesmyslně a zcela nevhodně. Své kolo dostal opravené a zcela funkční a s cenami byl dopředu obeznámen a souhlasil s nimi a proto se servis provedl. Pro upřesnění opravy, byla provedena výměna oleje ve vidlici FOX a provedena kompletní rozborka a vyčistění a k tomu i zmíněná výměna hlavového složení. K repasu nedošlo, protože typ opravované vidlice již není výrobcem podporován! Upozorňuji na takovéto zákazníky, jako zde pána, který nebude nikdy vděčný. V autorizovaném servisu FOX by byla oprava podstatně dražší a trvala by přinejmenším stejnou dobu. Takovým to lidem se nikdy nezavděčíte... Pěkný den všem! Overpriced service information is completely misleading and irrelevant. Prices for service are adequate and lower than the competition. All other customers are completely satisfied with the services and that one single "customer" is initially grateful and agrees with prices in advance, suddenly behaves rather nonsensical and completely inappropriate. He got his bike repaired and fully functional and he was familiar with the prices and agreed with them in advance and therefore the service was carried out. To refine the repair, the oil in the FOX fork was changed and a complete disassembly and cleaning was carried out, and the above-mentioned head composition was changed. The repair has not occurred because the type of repaired fork is no longer supported by the manufacturer! I draw attention to such customers as here, a gentleman who will never be grateful. In an authorized FOX service, repair would be significantly more expensive and would take at least the same time. You will never be grateful to such people ... Nice day everyone!

Neumí vyjet lístek z kasy, neumí vyjet fakturu, takže jsem nakonec za koupi poměrně drahé helmy dostala jen razítko na potvrzení o platbě kartou. Krabici k helmě prý neměl. Od kdy se nosí helma z krámu jen tak, v ruce? Poradit s dětskými koly neumí. Asi je to levná síla a umí kola seřídit, ale jinak bída. Starší kolo seřídit odmítl. Zkušenost z několika návštěv. Příště půjdu radši jinam, tenhle prodavač mě neuvěřitelně irituje. It very much depends on which seller you come across. The old man is incredibly unprofessional. He can't get a ticket out of the cash register, he can't get an invoice, so in the end I only got a stamp for confirming payment by card for buying a relatively expensive helmet. He said he didn't have a helmet box. Since when is the shop helmet just worn in your hand? He can't deal with children's bikes. Probably a cheap force and can adjust the wheels, but otherwise misery. He refused to adjust the older bike. Experience from several visits. Next time I'd rather go somewhere else, this salesman is incredibly irritating me.
