Zboží mi na adresu, ve vedlejším městě, dovezli v pořádku, ve smluvenou dobu. Pan řidič, byl velice ochotný a předání proběhlo rychle. Se zbožím jsem spokojená a nebudu váhat, prodejnu kdykoliv navštívit. I was here, for the third time to buy more expensive goods. I was always extremely satisfied. Great selection, helpful and friendly staff. The goods were delivered to my address, in the next town, in order, at the agreed time. Mr. driver, he was very helpful and the handover was fast. I am satisfied with the goods and I will not hesitate to visit the store at any time.

Nicméně chci napsat recenzi na adresu zákaznického servisu při výběru zboží. Pan H. se nám začal věnovat hned jak vyřešil něco s jiným zákazníkem (aktivně pobíhaje po prodejně), pečlivě s námi rozebral, jaká lednice by nám vyhovovala, stejně tak varná deska a další spotřebiče, ke všemu měl hodnotné postřehy a informace, rád doporučil jiné spotřebiče než byly vystavené spolu se službami, jaké je obchod schopný poskytnout. Byli jsme nadšení z rozsahu vědomostí a ochoty pana prodejce a můžeme jeho osobně jedině doporučit. Unfortunately, I can not evaluate the quality of the complaint service and other services, because we have only been in the electro so far to look at the offer of white goods. However, I want to write a review to the customer service address when selecting goods. Mr. H. started to deal with us as soon as he resolved something with another customer (actively running around the store), carefully analyzed with us which refrigerator would suit us, as well as the hob and other appliances, he had valuable observations and information, he liked to recommend appliances other than those displayed together with the services that the store is able to provide. We were enthusiastic about the range of knowledge and willingness of the seller and we can only personally recommend him.

If you don't speak their language staff will become very unpleasant and on every your request for help they will answer with "I don't know". If you point out that you didn't understand they will raise their voice.
