★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jejich servis kol je naprosto k ničemu. Spravoval jsem si u nich přední převodovku. Čekal jsme na to pár dní a ta převodovka fungovala tak 10 minut, tak jsem jim to vrátil, oni to znovu spravili na 10 minut a pak už jsem to vzdal, šel jsme jinam, kde to spravili na počkání, funguje to perfektně a komentovali to slovy, že ten kdo se v tom předtím hrabal neměl tušení co dělá. Hlavně, že mi vyměnili pedály, o což jsem se neprosil a nebylo to třeba...
Their bike service is completely useless. I managed the front transmission with them. We waited for it for a few days and the transmission worked for about 10 minutes, so I gave it back to them, they did it again for 10 minutes and then I gave it up, we went elsewhere, where they did it while waiting, it works perfectly and commented on it in the words that the one who had been digging into it before had no idea what he was doing. Mainly that they changed my pedals, which I didn't ask for and it wasn't necessary ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oprava přehazovačky po týdnu sice levně, ale nefunkční. Museli jsme dát kolo opravit opět na Vyšehradskou, kde to zvládli.Přístup sice přátelský, ale kvalita by byla přínosnější.
Repair of the derailleur after a week, although cheap, but not functional. We had to have the bike repaired again on Vyšehradská, where they managed it. The approach was friendly, but the quality would be more beneficial.
