Bílka je taková, že objednáno (před měsícem a půl), poté obdržen telefonát ať počkám cca týden na naskladnění, pak dlooouho nic (cca 14 dní)..pak se ptám přes mail co se děje (bez odpovědi), pak volám cca po týdnu co jako bude (na druhém konci zmatený pán), pak přichází SMS ať vydržím ještě týden (a ten je fuč +2dny)...a mně nezbývá, než sem napsat, že jsem smutný a jdu si objednat jinam :-( P.S. Ještě měl pan Bílek potřebu mi zavolat, aby mi do telefonu sdělil, že když jsem tak chytrej, ať mu dám dvacet mega a jdu si to prodávat sám :-D ..a pak zavěsil. Takže sečteno podtrženo: pokud chcete jednat se slušným prodejcem a chcete si něco koupit, jděte jinam! So my only experience with models from Mr. Bílek is such that ordered (a month and a half ago), then received a phone call to wait about a week for stock, then dlooouho nothing (about 14 days) .. then I ask via e-mail what is happening " and I'm going to order elsewhere :-( P.S. Mr. Bílek still needed to call me to tell me on the phone that if I'm so smart, let him give him twenty mega and go sell it myself :-D ..and then hung up. So bottom line: if you want to deal with a decent seller and you want to buy something, go somewhere else!

J	Jakub Kotolan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ U pana Bílka jsem objednával 3x. První 2 objednávky trvali měsíc a ani jsem nevěděl jestli to dojde nebo ne, ale došlo a v pořádku. Ovšem teď jsem objednal 4 modely. Tři byli v pořádku a jeden špatně. Stejné jméno i podobné měřítko, takže ok stane se. Ve skratce trvalo mi 2 mesice nekolij emailu a 2 telefonaty než jsme to dali dopořádku. Ale nakonec jsme se vyrovnali. Takže v pořádku. P. Bílek je asi hodně zaneprazdněný svéráz což asi odradí spoustu lidí. Ale vše dal do pořádku . Sežene spoustu věcí i za lepší peníze někdy, ale člověk musí mít opravdu nervy z ocele ?. I ordered 3 times from Mr. Bílek. The first 2 orders lasted a month and I didn't even know if it would happen or not, but it happened and okay. But now I have ordered 4 models. Three were fine and one was wrong. The same name and a similar scale, so ok it happens. In short, it took me 2 months to get some emails and 2 phone calls before we put it in order. But in the end we settled. So all right. P. Bílek is probably very busy, which will probably discourage a lot of people. But he put everything in order. He can get a lot of things for better money sometimes, but one must really have the nerves of steel ?.
P	Perry Van De Velde on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disapointing contact with Petr Bilek. After placing an order, I just received half of it. The other half is never send, at least there is no proof. The contact with Petr Bilek was very difficult and incomplete. He acted like it was my problem and not his. There was no sign wanting to solve the problem. I don't trust this guy anymore. This shop (BILEK) is NOT RELIABLE.
