H	Htc Htl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small for a supermarket in a shopping centre complex. Bare minimum groceries and can be crowded. One of the staff I bumped into in the store was pretty rude and not pleasant at all. Not impressed

G	Giang Hoàng on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always crowded as it’s a small supermarket. I would recommend Albert nearby if you’re in a hurry, you’ll get out faster. Prices are usually a tiny bit higher than other places, unnoticeable for small amount of stuff, you shouldn’t do large shopping here, go for Lidl or Tesco instead.

A	Anastasiya Teplinsky on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place was okay product wise. Didn't have much products but the prices were okay for our first day visiting Prague. My real problem with this place is that it's not tourist friendly at all. None of the staff we interacted with knew English and by luck we got someone who at least knew Russian by the meat section. The cashier was beyond rude! She threw our products through the scanner so aggressively and when we tried to ask for a bag (we come from a country with different policies about plastic bags) we got yelled at in czech and cursed at when asking if she could speak in English. Giving it a 2 star only because we had a nice encounter with the woman working the meat section and again only because we knew Russian. I do not recommend going here as someone who is visiting Prague as a tourist as this may leave you a bad taste about the customer service of Prague.
O	Oliver Strömbom on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not very varied assortment. Looked for a long time to find the biggest supermarket we could reach on foot and was very disappointed. Cashier doesn't even respond to pleasantries. Don't know if that's a general demeanor in Chech Republic tho as so far everyone has been rather rude.
A	Andy Scott on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This supermarket is local to me , so go here more for convenience than anything else , and yesterday's visit was prime example of why I try not to go here , very busy period around 6pm , one lady overseeing the self service checkouts , more interested in chatting to what looked like plain clothes security guard, only 1 cashier working the tills with a queue of more than 10 people , the young gentleman was more interested in watching what looked like Facebook on his phone , totally uninterested in what was going on around him , none of the usual, Hello , do you haveva Billa Card? Etc . In the shop one worker unloading a trolley of goods in the middle of the aisle with no awareness of the fact she was blocking anybody with a shopping trolley from being able to navigate around her . All of these things , a common occurrence, only thing that was missing from this visit was one of the rude Ukrainian ladies that are usually behind the cash register. If this store had any sort of competion on this block , it would have gone out of Business a long time ago , such a shame as when it was a Delvita store 17 years ago , it was a pleasure to shop here.
