★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Těžko byste hledali lepší místo v Brně kde koupit šicí stroj, než tady. Protože tady si k tomu kupujete i tu službu, že vám paní majitelka obchodu ukáže, jak se strojem pracovat, kvalifikovaně zodpoví všechny dotazy, řekne tipy a triky a pak je na telefonu, kdybyste měli nějaký další dotaz nebo problém. To se vám prostě jinde nestane, zvlášť když kupujete stroj online (to vůbec nedoporučuji, udělala jsem tu chybu jednou a jakýkoliv záruční servis byl taková bolest, že jsem se na to raději vykašlala). Tady vědí, co prodávají, umí s tím pracovat, umí to i servisovat. Maximální spokojenost s přístupem i kvalitou. No, a galanterka je taky slušně vybavená, prostě super.
You would hardly find a better place in Brno to buy a sewing machine than here. Because here you also buy the service, that the shop owner will show you how to work with the machine, answer all questions in a qualified manner, say tips and tricks, and then be on the phone if you have any further questions or problems. It just doesn't happen anywhere else, especially when you buy the machine online (I don't recommend it at all, I made the mistake once and any warranty service was such a pain that I preferred to cough it up). Here they know what they are selling, they can work with it, they can also service it. Maximum satisfaction with the approach and quality. Well, the haberdasher is also well equipped, just great.
