★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jsem nespokojený. Paní neumí opsat text ze vzoru který jsem poskytl. Když žádám nějakou slevu na další tisk vizitek tak mi nabídnou směsných 5%. Nedoporučuji.
I am dissatisfied. The lady cannot copy the text from the pattern I provided. When I ask for a discount on the next business card printing they offer me a mixed 5%. Not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paní prodavačka trpělivě obsluhuje (evidentně problematického) zákazníka a druhý pracovník prodejny na ní pokřikuje zezadu. Ten občas vykoukne ze zázemí prodejny, něco s prodavačkou prohodí (ještě ji zdržuje) a ostatní zákazníci čekají, čekají a čekají. Pokud tam pracují dva (nebo více lidí, nevím), proč proboha taky neobsluhují, když je v prodejně více klientů? Neměl by si alespoň pro tu chvíli, další zaměstnanec stoupnout za pult? U Umlaufů rozhodně ne!
The saleswoman patiently serves an (obviously problematic) customer and another store employee shouts at her from behind. He sometimes peeks out of the background of the store, exchanges something with the saleswoman (she is still holding her back) and other customers wait, wait and wait. If two people work there (or more people, I don't know), why on earth don't they also serve when there are more clients in the store? Shouldn't you, at least for the moment, have another employee step behind the counter? Definitely not with the Umlaufs!

Vše v naprostém pořádku, 19.4. potvrzena objednávka, 20.4. vizitky hotové, rychlé vyřízení, vše v pořádku, cena velmi příznivá. Další várku vizitek si rozhodně nechám vyrobit opět zde. Tímto Vám moc děkuji ☺️
At the Umlauf stationery store, I had a business card made a few days ago - double-sided, a hundred pieces. Everything in perfect order, 19.4. confirmed order, 20.4. business cards ready, fast processing, everything is fine, the price is very favorable.
