★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found worms and cobwebs in a 209 czk package of “superfoods” breakfast cereal but received no refund since I lost the receipt. I won’t post a photo because it’s too disgusting. Never seen the product anywhere else. Staff were mildly apologetic. I used to shop here near-weekly but never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great selection of organic ingredients to prepare pretty much any meal, exotic or local. They always try to discover new things to offer. (Special snacks, drinks, even cosmetics.) Prices are reasonable for organic food, especially the ones of basic ingredients, only vegetables are much more expensive than at local markets. They try not to waste soon expiring food and offer discounts on it, which I appreciate. Especially great shop if you have specific dietetic requirements or are looking for inspiration.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like the place but organic vegetables and fruit are not supposed to last a week in the fridge so I’m not sure if it’s as organic as it claims to be. And if I’m spending 3 times as much as in any other store I would at least expect that I’m eating real organic food. The uncertainty is worrisome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looks like a nice store but I was charged 250 czk for a small cauliflower. Once I realized I asked the staff who pretentiously explained that if I want organic food I should expect a higher price. I never went back.
