Používám jejich produkty, které mi kosmetička doporučila a jsem spokojena. I like to visit this salon, take a break from everyday worries. I have always met with helpfulness and willingness. Za 90 minut si naúčtovali 2990, bez popisu, proč a co bylo součástí...?? Paní na recepci studená jako psí čumáček. Komunikace také vázne, člověk musí volat a psát několikrát, aby se dočkal. Raději jsem se proto rozhodla objednat na jinou kliniku která provozuje Biologique Recherche. Velká škoda, pochopila bych že termíny jsou zaplněné do června, ale tón si slečna mohla odpustit. Unfortunately, I did not get to try the services because I was discouraged by the assistance on the phone. I therefore decided to book another clinic run by Biologique Recherche. Too bad, I would understand that the deadlines are full until June, but the girl could forgive the tone.

Když jsme si toho doma všimli a zavolali jim zpět, tak nám paní majitelka vynadala proč jsme si toho nevšimli dříve a doslova řekla přítelkyni “ať maže zpátky na prodejnu.” Po druhé si zde přítelkyně koupila sadu krému na kterou dostala al.reakci. Nevyužitou část chtěla vrátit, po telefonu jí paní majitelka řekla, že jí to veme, ale ať pošle e-mail. Na ten za dva týdny nikdo nereagoval. Stavila se na obchodě a krém vrátila nepoužitý a neotevřený. O pár dní později jí zavolala vedoucí s tím, že krém vrátila použitý a že jí ho neveme. Secondly, the girlfriend bought a set of cream here, for which she received a second reaction. She wanted to return the unused part, the owner told her on the phone that we would know, but let her send an e-mail. No one responded to it in two weeks. She stopped at the store and returned the cream unused and unopened. A few days later, the manager called her and said that she had returned the cream used and that we did not take it from her. Na podzim 2020 jsem zde absolvovala diagnostiku pleti (vzali mě o 2h později, než měli), kde mi doporučili 7 produktů, ze kterých 4 nebyly vůbec určeny pro můj typ pleti. To jsem zjistila až po nákupu za tisíce a reakci mé pleti. Po útratě cca 10 tisíc a stížnosti na špatnou diagnostiku mi bylo řečeno, že produkty pro moji pleť určené jsou a že zhoršení pleti je normální (ano, údajně i zarudnutí a pálení kůže, včetně podkožních pupínků, které jsem nikdy v životě neměla, a to po dobu až půl roku) a já jsem dle místních odbornic tuto kúru nevydržela. Navíc prý produkty zřejmě používám špatně. Přešla jsem jinam, produkty mám jiné a nemám potřebu pleť držet v alergické reakci. Stejně tak ze mě nikdo netahá jen peníze, ale skutečně má zájem mi pleť vylepšit. S tím jsem se tady rozhodně nesetkala. I found out only after buying for thousands and the reaction of my skin. After spending about 10,000 and complaints of misdiagnosis, I was told that the products for my skin are intended and that skin deterioration is normal (yes, allegedly redness and burning of the skin, including subcutaneous pimples, which I have never had in my life, namely for up to half a year) and according to local experts, I could not withstand this treatment. In addition, it is said that I probably use the products incorrectly. I switched elsewhere, I have different products and I do not need to keep my skin in an allergic reaction. In the same way, no one is just making money from me, but they are really interested in improving my skin. I definitely haven't encountered that here.

Slečna kosmetička ale vůbec neprovedla analýzu pleti, kterou inzerují na webových stránkách. Nakonec jsem domů odcházela s 5 produkty, které mojí pleti vůbec nesedí. Pro skvělé výsledky BR u ostatních jsem se ale stále nenechala odradit a objednala se na ošetření v expertním salonu BR v jiném městě, kde jsem byla velmi spokojena! Ošetření v salonu bezkonkurenční a konečně jsem domů odešla s produkty, které mi sedí. Je smutné, když salony mimo hlavní město předčí nejen chováním ale i ošetřením salon, který by měl být jako hlavní nejlepší.. In the end, I went home with 5 products that my skin didn't fit at all. For the great results of BR in others, I still did not let myself be discouraged and ordered a treatment in the expert salon BR in another city, where I was very satisfied! Treatment in the salon unrivaled and I finally went home with products that fit me. It is sad when salons outside the capital surpass not only the behavior but also the treatment of the salon, which should be the main best ..
