Beauty Salon Elegance

I had my nails done by Jana and she was very professional, would recommend that girl to everyone!

I never tried to come to the salon. But I was looking for some other salon near by, and the ladies which do work there did not even wanted to help, they were really rude to me. If this is the type of the relationship to me, what are the clients receiving here?

Receptionistka je hodne hruba. Kdyz jsem se zeptala co obnasi cokoladovy masaz, tak rekla ze je to cokoladovy masaz. Kdyz jsem rekla; ze mi tim "vysvetlovanim" moc nepomohla, tak se ptala jestli jsem uz nekdy byla na masazi. Tak jsem odpovedla ze na normalni masaz ano- na cokoladovy ne. Konecne mi dala odpoved na otazku. Kdyzpak jsem si chtela zarezervovat termin v cervnu; tak se mi pani zacala hnusne smat do telefonu. Rekla, ze mam na to maximalne 2 mesice nez mi darkovy voucher vyplati. Kdyz jsem rekla ze na voucheru pisou, ze ho muzu vybrat do konci cervna, tak rekla ze nedela ty vouchery, a ze si teda mam zavolat v kvetnu. Ze to ma dat do nejake knihy; do pocitace atd. Kdyz pak pani chce si vydelavat v wellnessu, ktery se povazuje za luxus, tak by se mela naucit jak se ma chovat ke klientum. Kdyz se ted snazim volat tam tak mi to zvednou a hned zavesi. Palec dolu... The receptionist is very rude. When I asked her what the chocolate massage package contains, she bluntly told me that it is a chocolate massage. When I told her that her "explanation" did not help me very much, she rudely asked me if I have ever been to a massage. I said yes, but not a chocolate one. Then I finally got the answer to my question. When however I wanted to book the appointment in June (and it's January now), she started to laugh at me viciously. She told me I can only use the voucher for 2 months. When I told her that it says that i can use it 'till the end of June, she dismissed me, saying that she is not making these vouchers and I have to call her back in May. That she has to write the appointment in a book and then into the computer etc. If this lady wants to make a living in the wellness sector, which is a "luxury" service business, she should learn how to treat her clients. When I try to call back now, they pick up the phone and put it down immediately. Thumbs down...

Horrible experience ! For 4 Manikurs they totally destroyed my own nails. The technic they are using for removing a gel polish from nails is very distrucktive for nails. I never had in my life a nails teaner than paper. I think their team are an experts how to turn any kind of beauty to monstrosity !!! This is how their salon should name " Monstrosity salon " !

Worst waxing experience ever. I was the one who had to explain what bikini waxing meant. Most of the work dine with TWEEZERS and didn't even clean the wax after the procedure. The ladies had to call someone about the price (they clearly hadn't done anything like that before) and told me a 200 Kč higher price than the one they have online. Never again

I would really recommend this Hair salon, because my family and I have been clients there for many years. Experienced staff, good prices and pleasant atmosphere.

I'm really delighted to visit this place every time I'm in Prague. It's the best beauty saloon in the city to my mind. I admire personal touch and professionalism and always satisfied with the result. The owner is a very nice lady who is welcoming all the guests, so it makes you feel like home. If you're looking for a quality treatment for the reasonable price, this place is highly recommended.

The best beauty salon I have ever visited. I have been visiting the beauty salon for 8 years. I am always satisfied. The team is professional and talented. I really appreciate them. They use only professional products.
