★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my favorite ways to learn about a new city, in this case, Prague, is to take a cooking class. Aida, of Good Mood Food, led an exceptionally well-organized, informative, and fun evening of good food, wine, and conversation. We learned to make 3 easy dishes, all of which turned out nicely. Her workspace is gorgeous: A beautifully equipped kitchen alongside an elegant dining room where we enjoyed the fruits of our labor, as well as the time-consuming dishes she'd prepared in advance for us. I learned some new cooking techniques, and new tips about healthy cooking, as Aida is a bona-fide expert in nutrition. I highly recommend this course for singles, couples, or groups, no matter what their skill level in the kitchen is.
