★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neodporúčam!! Po nasťahovaní bol byt neuprataný, plný starých novín, líšt a iného neporiadku. 5 mesiacov po odsťahovaní z bytu mi stále nevrátili kauciu, kvôli vymysleným nedoplatkom, vyúčtovanie neboli ochotní poskytnúť, komunikácia na nulovej úrovni. Aj jedna hviezdička je veľa!
 I do not recommend !! After moving in, the apartment was unclean, full of old newspapers, moldings and other clutter. 5 months after moving out of the apartment, they still did not return the deposit to me, due to imaginary arrears, they were not willing to provide billing, communication at zero level. Even one star is a lot!

Very bad experience. Bad communication with Mr. Urman's team and no deposit from the apartment to this day !!! We are preparing a lawsuit !!! I do not recommend, be very careful !!!

Kauce nevracejí , do konce nechtěj vrátit i to co jsme kupovaly za své peníze do bytu .
Nikdo neodepisuje .

The deposit is not returned, do not want to return to the end what we bought for our money to the apartment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We waited 45 minutes to see the apartment, but the realtor never came. Neither the company answered the phone calls. No professionalism and disgusting communication with clients. I do not recommend having any kind of cooperation with this company.
