★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Za mě totální zoufalost. Firmě fakticky šéfuje řidič fekálu, který si dělá naprosto co chce. Neřeší co máte sjednáno, jaký vývoz, v kolik hodin. To Vám vlastně ani moc neřeknou, na to je potřeba se třikrát zeptat a když po několika týdnech přijedou, je to stejně jinak. Řidič pomluví dispečerky, ty tvrdí, že vše domluvily. Neuvěřitelné, jaká lze udělat kovbojka z tak jednoduché činnosti jako vývoz žumpy, co trvá asi 15 minut. Jednateli firmy je to jedno. Mám s nimi několika letou zkušenost, bohužel, takto služba je nedostatková... Využívám pouze v případě, že neseženu nikoho jiného.
Total despair for me. The company is actually run by a fecal driver who does exactly what he wants. It does not solve what you have agreed on, what exports, at what time. In fact, they won't even tell you much, you need to ask about it three times, and when they arrive after a few weeks, it's just as different. The driver speaks to the dispatchers, who claim that they have arranged everything. Unbelievable what a cowgirl can do from such a simple activity as exporting a sump, which takes about 15 minutes. The company's executives don't care. I have several years of experience with them, unfortunately, this is a lack of service ... I only use it if I can't find anyone else.
