M	Marija on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hezký komentovana prohlídka. Paní průvodkyně moc zajímavé vypráví a je to jako by jste se vrátili v čase. Také po dlouhé době objekt čeká rekonstrukce tak to bude ještě hezčí. Doporučuji. Nice guided tour. The lady guide is very interesting and it is as if you have gone back in time. Also after a long time the building is waiting for reconstruction so it will be even nicer. I recommend.

The birth house of our musical genius, known to the whole world, should be more utilized by TA. Maybe the smelly industry in the neighborhood is also to blame.

Kdybych si přečetl tu od Redwoodstudio, mohl jsem být ušetřen zklamání - zavřeno, otevřeno jen po předchozí domluvě a pro skupinu 10+ lidí. V rodišti Dvořáka jsem byl v sobotu odpoledne (doba, kdy se do muzeí chodí či na výlety jezdi) a ještě v době konání festivalu Dvořákova Praha. Tedy v době oslav našeho hudebního génia Dvořáka. V tomto roce jsem byl na několika místech spojených se skladateli Dvořákem a Smetanou - Vila Amerika, Muzeum Bedřicha Smetany v Praze na vltavském břehu, Jabkenická myslivna. Vždy jsem byl velmi spokojen. Zde musím dát jen jednu hvězdičku, moje první ohodnocení jen jednou hvězdičkou. This year I was in several places connected with composers Dvořák and Smetana - Vila Amerika, Bedřich Smetana Museum in Prague on the Vltava River, Jabkenická gamekeeper's lodge. The museum is old fashioned and the signs in Czech, but it's charming and there's a (good) English translation on a note stand in each room. Not wheelchair accessible. No parking onsite, but you can leave the car close by. Combine a visit here with seeing the castle within easy walking distance.
