Best Mexican restaurant in Czech

A	Anthony Kerr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice new Mexican restaurant, with Mexican chefs. The place is about to offer a more extensive menu, for which I just can't wait. I had 'shark' (well, fish) doritos with rice, salad and sauce, plus two homemade chilli relishes. My Mexican friend, who took me there, pronounced it authentic and delicious. I shall be back!

First of all, is authentic mexican food, that actually runs a bit away from the standards and focus more on really traditional recipes. Their mole was the best I had in my life, pozole very good, and amazing gringas. The place has a wonderful terrace where you can chill and they have draft beer, so you can enjoy there longer after your meal.

All people that are working there come from outside of Czechia and this is their chance to live in Czechia. The waitress waiting the table where I was sitting was very nice and she sounded warmhearted. She didn't speak Czech, or not the best one, so prepare to train your English (more than fine for me). Meals are ok. The prices are great. The kitchen closes at 22, but the place itself is normally (not in COVID times) open until 24, or at least according to web page. The opening times at door of the place differ. I liked the fact that there is free taped water with lemon to take for the customer of the place. Also I likes seating place outside. Combined with hanging light chains, the place looks magical.

There is always a vegan soup, mine was cauliflower and curry and something else and it was absolutely delicious. The quesadillas look like tacos and the tacos look like taquitos, but that does not matter. It was incredible and flavorful and the right amount of filling. And! There's beer and other drinks! I highly recommend going here. It's a short walk away from the University and is across the street from a pretty park so I can get lost in Brno and be extremely happy after eating here!
