Los Capolitos - Brno
JAK JSME SE SAKRA OCTLI V MEXIKU?
Jak už to tak bývá, dobré nápady nevznikají doma na gauči, ale daleko na cestách mimo komfortní zónu. Stejně začal v roce 2014 i příběh Los Capolitos, rodinného podniku, který založili dva bráchové – Honza a Michal Kapolkovi.
S inspirací jim pomohla sestra Simča a její manžel Scooter, který je v USA naučil spoustu užitečných věcí, seznámil s mexickými šéfkuchaři a díky nim kluci milují mexickou kuchyni.
Došlo jim, že je to velmi kvalitní a plnohodnotné jídlo, které se dá připravit rychle.
Klade se v ní důraz na čerstvost a kvalitní ingredience, takže se dost liší od klasických fastfoodů. Následovala cesta do Mexika a vznik opravdové závislosti. Bylo na čase s tím něco udělat. Zároveň viděli, že i v jejich okolí čím dál více lidi nad jídlem přemýšlí a nechtějí se jen zaplácnout. Shodli se tak, že právě mexická kuchyně je na to ideální.
V roce 2014 otevřeli první pobočku ve Frýdku-Místku, poté další v Ostravě a nyní Los Capolitos najdete v 9 různých městech po ČR a brzy i na Slovensku.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing really fancy, medium quality place. Taco tortillas were really tough. They aren't made fresh in the restaurant. After the visit I found that Los Capolitos is a chain restaurant.

The food was tasty, but the staff - they seemed to be annoyed when we asked a question or wanted something "extra" (like a plastic fork as we had a take away - only option at the time of our visit).
