Po 4 letech me prestaly fungovat 4 termostaty na podl. topeni. Kdyz by odesel jeden, tak nad tim mavnu rukou. Zavolal jsem tam v čem muže být problem, protoze se jednalo o stejnou zavadu. Po domluve jsem poslal postou vadne termostaty a obratem mi je poslali zpet opravene (vadna dodavka soucastky v dobe vyroby). V dnesni době by se se mnou nikdo nebavil. Mas to po zaruce tak nazdar. Proto jsem byl prekvapen, ze se se mnou o problemu nejen bavi, ale hlavně ze me nabidly reseni (opravu termostatů). Takze opet topim a usetril jsem minimalne 5000 Kč za nakup novych termostatů. Jeste jednou díky.

After 4 years, four thermostats on underfloor heating stopped working. If he would send one, I would have a hand over that. I called in what could be a problem, because it was the same defect. After agreement, I sent faulty thermostats by post and sent me back repaired (faulty delivery components at the time of production). No one would talk to me today. You got it so much after the guarantee. Therefore, I was surprised that with me not only talk about the problem, but also offered me a solution (repair thermostats). So I heat again and save at least 5000 CZK for the purchase of new thermostats. Thank you once again.
