★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rozhodně nedoporučuji vejdete do prodejny nikdo neodpoví na pozdrav absolutně nejeví zájem o zákazníka přijdu si vybrat vůz a odcházím s prázdnou tohle není normální radši si pro auto zajedu do Německa, ale jak koukám vždy to pohoří na personálu takže by měl invelt zvážit koho vůbec zaměstnává.
 Definitely do not recommend you go to the store no one answers the greeting absolutely not interested in the customer I come to choose a car and leave with the empty this is not normal I prefer to go to Germany for the car, but as I always watch the mountain range on the staff so invelt should consider who even employs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hatte auf dem Weg von München nach Prag eine Panne - der Riemen der Servolenkung war gerissen (120d von 2007). In Pilsen wurde ich sehr freundlich behandelt, aber kein Ersatz da. Wurde auf die Filiale in Prag verwiesen. Auch dort sehr freundlich jedoch kein Ersatzteil, würde erst am Montag kommen, für mich zu spät. OK, Pech gehabt. Doch dann der Hinweis, für den Einbau bräuchte ich einen Termin, das geht eh nicht sofort. Ich wäre also in Prag festgesessen. Unter 'Mobilitätsgarantie' verstehe ich etwas anderes, liebes BMW (nenne derzeit drei BMWs mein eigen).
