★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oddělení Řešení pojistných událostí je absolutní katastrofa. Paní buď má věčně dovolenou, nebo nvm. Dovolat se k ní, to mám mnohem větší šanci se dovolat ČEZU než tam. Bambilion pokusů! Záskok žádný. Lidi na pobočce pohoda včetně servisu, ale tohle je bída.
The Claims Department is an absolute disaster. The lady either has a holiday forever or nvm. Calling her, I have a much better chance of calling CEZ than there. Bambillion attempts! No intervention. People at the branch are fine, including service, but this is misery.
