Everything was wrong on this visit to the car repair shop. The staff was unpleasant, apathetic after the vehicle was brought in, there was no one to turn to from the beginning. A car was ordered to replace the exhaust and check for brake fluid leaks. The preliminary price was called the second day after the inspection of the vehicle, with the proviso that it is necessary to replace the rear brakes for the exhaust, they set the preliminary price at CZK 15,000 (octavia 1998 66kw). The price seemed absolutely disproportionate to me, so I called my husband, who called them back and called me again in five minutes, that when he called there, the price was calculated at CZK 10. When they talked to a man who understands this, the price suddenly dropped by five thousand, it seems to me like a very unfair practice, even at 10t very exorbitant price. For this reason, we were not willing to repair the car at this price and only repaired the exhaust. The next day when picking up the vehicle, I paid 5 tons for the exhaust and the lady again told me that she cut again in the calculation and the exhaust and brakes would suddenly be able to do for 7.5 tons of CZK. The estimate of 15 thousand crowns and the subsequent correction of the price to 10 thousand suddenly became the amount of 7.5 thousand crowns the next day (for which I would have it fixed, but since no one told me when the car was disassembled, I was unlucky). In addition, the work of a car mechanic cost 550 CZK per hour, which is a high amount for the fact that the whole car service is only four greasy garages with wrecks around instead of garden trees. The lady poured ashes on her head at poorly calculated prices, miscalculated the assembly kit, apologized for the poor pricing of her boss's repair, but after that I had mushrooms, she told me the price of fifteen thousand, which miraculously cost 7.5 , which is absolutely unacceptable behavior for me. Only after a guy puts in and makes a ceremony and complains about the exorbitancy of the price, the price is suddenly lower and lower (I believe that the woman herself would solve this repair and nod to the set price recalculated to lower). She is said to be only a woman and can make a mistake, her boss can deduce the price too badly, he was in a hurry and it's also just a guy, that. After the car left, the brakes creaked and hissed after each turn of the wheel, of course because the rear brakes were disassembled, so they were also completely impressed *****, so now they really do not work at all. I have written in the papers that I refused to repair the brakes despite the warning, and that not repairing my life can be dangerous, unfortunately if the nymands told me the day before that it would cost CZK 7.5 tons, there would be nothing to solve and I would have it fixed. . I will never visit a car repair shop with such services and negotiations again, I recommend to others for prudence in pricing goods and services. Better ask 5 more times if the price is final, or rather order elsewhere.

By no means do I recommend this service. From the first telephone contact to the handover of the car, horror, stress and nerves. The arrogance of the employees did not end. After handing over the car and agreeing with the lady in the office that they will contact me the next day to tell me what is wrong with the car, when they will get to the repair, etc. I waited in vain. So I called myself and I was told that the lady knew nothing that she was just over the invoices. So the deal was new, telling my boss about my phone call. When nothing happened the next day, I called again and the owner picked it up, saying that he was looking at it and that he had two sick people and he would call NEXT day. No one answered again, so I called again. The owner replied quite harshly that he said he would call. After half an hour, he said that there were several things with the car and the repair would cost about 45,000. He also informed me that he had already replaced the switch with 2000, without any notice. . Great. So it was agreed to remove only what I brought there with the car and not everything that the service would like. After 14 days without a car, they finally called me, although again not according to our agreement. After coming to the office and paying, I wanted an old, replaced part but I was unlucky it was gone. Ok. When I got into the car it was quite polluted and I got a straw from McDonald as a attention, so they enjoyed my car, drove for a "test" of 250km and left me a tank to reach 10km! So I hope that the repair will work at least during the warranty period. I will never enter this service again and I would never recommend it to anyone. UPDATE 6/25/2021: After about 1 year from the repair, the turbo is gone. I treat the car very well, it's our pet. Although it should still be under warranty, I would rather regret the money thrown at these amateurs and have the car repaired by a proper mechanic. I am very sorry that I have ever visited this "car service".
