★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velice milí a ochotní zaměstnanci. Nevěděla jsem, co se děje se zásilkou, proto jsem napsala e-mail. Odpověď jsem měla obratem, že už měl dopravce zásilku převzít, ale dodnes ji nevyzvedl. Pan Michal mi slíbil, že to vyřeší. Nakonec mi ještě ten den volali, že mi balíček doručí přes Zásilkovnu, protože zmíněný dopravce ani tento den zásilku nepřevzal. Moc děkuji.
Very nice and helpful staff. I didn't know what was going on with the shipment, so I wrote an e-mail. The answer was that the carrier should have taken over the shipment, but he has not picked it up to this day. Mr. Michal promised to solve it. In the end, they called me that day to deliver the package to me via the Mailbox, because the mentioned carrier did not take over the shipment even that day. Thank you very much.
