Přes internet jsem si zabookoval na víkend bourací kladivo s tím, že mi přišel potvrzovací mail, že se mi co nejdříve někdo ozve a rezervaci potrvrdí. Asi po třech dnech, kdy se nikdo neozval, jsem se snažil na pobočku alespoň třikrát dovolat. Bezvýsledně. S takovými službami jděte někam. A zákazníka vysloveně nestojí. Tam už nikdy...
If I could give zero, it would be too much.
