Muzeum je ve dvou starších propojených domech, tudíž samozřejmě není bezbariérové. Expozice je v obou částech též interaktivní, takže i s dětmi je možné prohlídku absolvovat. Pleasant museum, divided into a historical part and a part familiarizing with the natural conditions and beauties of Jihlava. Adequate admission. The museum is in two older connected houses, so of course it is not wheelchair accessible. The exhibition is also interactive in both parts, so even with children it is possible to take the tour.

Za 60 Kč pro dospělého mi to přijde jako velmi vhodné místo během návštěvy Jihlavy. Nice museum, where everyone will come into their own. You will find exhibitions from the time of silver mining, history and nature around Jihlava. The museum staff are also pleasant. For 60 CZK for an adult I find it a very suitable place during a visit to Jihlava.

Moc se nám to všechno líbilo. Rádi zase někdy přijdeme. Perfect tour! You can come at any time, the tour is without a guide and even with small children (4 and 1.5 years) we spent more than an hour. We really liked it all. We would love to come again someday.

Nadšení a znalosti pana ředitele Muzea Vysočiny Jihlava, ochota předat své znalosti a zkušenosti, ochota a vstřícnost jsou jen trocha ze superlativů, jimiž mohu, již opakovaně, vyjádřit, jakou poctou je, když nám věnuje svůj drahocenný čas. Bude vás to zde bavit a skvělou formou se dozvíte o historii. Hned při vstupu vás potěší příjemná paní u pokladny a následně vám další paní podá informace o celém muzeu. Je zde šatna (která je zdarma),ale není hlídaná, takže asi použijete jen v chladném počasí na bundy. Jsou zde toalety. Pokud budete v Jihlavě doporučuji toto muzeum navštívit. There is a dressing room (which is free), but it is not guarded, so you will probably only use it in cold weather for jackets. There are toilets. If you are in Jihlava, I recommend visiting this museum.
